Executive Director, American Baptist Churches Ministers Council, opens the Spring Conference with the joys and challenges of Christian leadership, and how to nourish and sustain those who choose to lead.

She serves on the Commission for Baptist Worship and Spirituality for the Baptist World Alliance and chairs the Task Force for Emerging Theologians for American Baptist Churches/USA. She and her husband Doug Davidson are members of Shell Ridge Community Church in Walnut Creek.
